NCCD (Nationally Consistent Collection of Data) is an annual collection (since 2015) that counts the number of school students with disability and the level of reasonable educational adjustment they are provided.
All schools must now collect and submit information annually. Personal details such as student names or other identifying information will not be provided to local or federal education authorities.
