Industrial Action Thursday 30 June - Change to School Operations

The NSW Teachers Federation has called for a 24-hour strike for Thursday 30 June 2022 in relation to the Teachers Award.

As a result of the strike action our school will be providing minimal supervision of students on Thursday 30 June. Normal time tabled classes will not be in operation. The school canteen will be non-operational on this day.

Students are encouraged to learn from home for the day and return to school on Friday for Parent/Teacher interviews from 8:30am. No normal classes will be in operation, but our Clontarf Academy will be running activities. Students are encouraged to attend the interviews with their parents/carers.

The Department’s learning from home resources will be available for ongoing curriculum support.
You can access these at https://education.nsw.gov.au/teaching-and-learning/learning-from-home

If there are further changes, I will update parents and caregivers immediately.

Kind regards,
