Welcome Back to our Students
Dear Parents/Carers,
We hope the start of Term 2 has been progressing well for all our students, those learning remotely and the essential students who have been present at school. Today, Monday 11 May, we begin our phased return to school. Students will return to school one day a week. During this time we ask for your support to help us maintain social distancing measures ensuring the safety for all staff and students. To help us we ask that if your child can learn from home they continue to do so for the days they are not required to be at school. Wednesday each week has been designated pupil free to allow staff to continually plan to ensure continuity of learning for all students.
Just in case there are any questions about this phased return and which day students attend it is outlined below:
Mainstream Classes
Monday - Year 7
Tuesday - Year 11 and 12
Wednesday - Pupil Free
Thursday - Year 9 and 10
Friday - Year 8 and Year 12 major works

The following will be in place and operational at Shoalhaven High School from Monday 11 May:
1. School will start at 9:00am and Conclude at 2:00pm. From 2:00pm - 2:40pm we have dedicated wellbeing time for students and their Year Advisers. Students wishing to leave at 2:00pm will need to provide a note on the first day of their attendance indicating they can leave at 2:00pm. This is only required once.
2. Buses will run as normal.
3. Additional supervision is provided in the morning until 9:00am. Students remaining at school from 2:00pm - 2:40pm will be participating in flexible wellbeing activities.
4. Canteen will be fully operational from week 3 onwards.
5. Students bring all their normal equipment required for the school day.
6. Uniform is required.
